Warranty Coverage

This warranty sets our the scope of the coverage for our products.

Mattress

THIS 10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING:

• Genuine structural and manufacturing defect of spring coil defects and foam without being misused (ie, standing or jumping)
• Visible indentations greater than 38mm (1.5 inch) variance from the original design resulting from flaws in manufacturing and not from normal wear and tear.

THIS 10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

• Issues relating comfort preferences relating to firmness, design, materials and feel.
• Body impressions of up to 38mm (1.5inch) variance from the original design.
• Mattress dimensions and weight within tolerance +- 2cm due to manufacturing process.
• Handles
• Physical and/or structural damages including transportation after first delivery by Wes Care, but not limited to, stains, burns, tears, cuts, washing of covers or liquid damage resulting from customer use.
• Wear and tear and/or damage due to use with an inappropriate foundation and bed frame. ie wooden strips with wide gaps
• Any minor manufacturing flaws to the product or packaging including, but not limited to, cosmetic flaws such as uneven stitching, dented,dirty carton boxes, etc.

Get in touch with us at office@wes-medical.com within 75 days of delivery receipt if products are found to be damaged upon unboxing. Photos of the damaged product must be provided before we can start the warranty process. Wes Care will determine if a credit, repair or replacement of the defective product is suitable. Fees and charges to apply after 75 days of delivery.

Warranty coverage will commence from date of delivery or collection of the product and extended exclusively only to the original purchaser and the order original delivery address.
